Copyright Ownership

Unless otherwise indicated, original Red Place Acres website content is owned by or licensed to Red Place Acres LLC. Individual books, excerpts, contributed works, photographs, artwork, audio, video, and other materials may have separate copyright owners and permissions.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe material on redplaceacres.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email contact@redplaceacres.com with the subject line Copyright / DMCA Notice.

Please include your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the location of the material you believe is infringing, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Good-Faith Review and Takedowns

We may request additional information when needed to evaluate a notice. Red Place Acres may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate, and may contact the person or contributor associated with the material when necessary to understand the claim. When a notice substantially complies with applicable law and identifies material hosted through our services, we aim to respond expeditiously.

Counter-Notice

If material you provided is removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact us with the relevant details. A legally sufficient counter-notice may require your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, and the contact and jurisdiction-consent information required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringement

Red Place Acres may reject submissions, remove material, restrict participation, or terminate access when a contributor repeatedly infringes intellectual-property rights or repeatedly submits material the contributor does not have authority to provide. We may preserve reasonable records needed to administer this policy.
